Gizem Özbaykal Güler
Postdoctoral fellow
I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Mostowy Lab at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, funded by an HFSP fellowship. I obtained my PhD from Institut Pasteur in 2020, supervised by Sven van Teeffelen. Before that, I received my BSc and MSc degrees in materials science and engineering from Sabancı University. My background spans from engineering to microbiology, and I enjoy integrating these perspectives in my research.
